Carry your tastebuds through the soul of India and its abundance of culinary creations, amongst which the Rogan Josh, a slow-cooked aromatic lamb curry masterpiece, whose inspiration has been drawn from a cherished Chef Jacky’s family secret recipe, echoing the flavors of Persian heritage. Or the history-infused Palak Paneer and the richness of Dal Makhani. A selection of international delicacies is available to accommodate everyone’s palate.
